The plan is to extend our offerings further afield, enabling individuals across the globe to demonstrate respect, develop rapport and achieve mutually satisfying results through clear, confident and committed communication. Make !mpact with our September tip:
If you want to be perceived as confident and in control, claim your space. Stand with your feet firmly planted in line with your hip bones. Open your chest like a well loved book. Use open gestures. Hold your head horizontally, look at your listener and speak clearly and concisely.
